1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Welcome to goto88, an online betting platform built specifically for Malaysian players. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and goto88 ("Company", "we") governing your use of the goto88.my website and all services offered through it.

Goto88 reserves the right to request identity document verification at any time to ensure all eligibility requirements are met. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account termination.

3. Registration & Account Management

During the goto88 registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a serious breach of these Terms.

• One Account Only: Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active goto88 account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other details — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must ensure that all registered personal information is accurate and up to date. Your full name must match a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad or passport).
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential. Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• KYC Verification: goto88 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process before your first withdrawal or at any time deemed necessary.
• Inactive Account: Accounts with no activity for 90 consecutive days will be considered inactive. A monthly maintenance fee of RM 5 may be charged against the balance of inactive accounts.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Goto88 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own separate charges.
• Goto88 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request.
• All withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, subject to the completion of any applicable security checks.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. If the original method is unavailable, goto88 reserves the right to request an alternative verification.
• Goto88 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until the identity verification (KYC) process has been fully completed.

5. Bonus & Promotions

• Wagering Requirements: All goto88 bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from bonus funds. The rollover rate will be clearly stated in each promotional offer.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each user is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse Prohibition: goto88 strictly prohibits all forms of bonus abuse, including hedge betting, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or deploying automated software to exploit promotions.
• Validity Period: All bonuses carry a set validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically with no compensation.

6. Game Rules

• Sports betting odds and conditions may change at any time until a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets will not be affected by any subsequent changes to the odds.

• Goto88 reserves the right to void any bet deemed to have been placed using inside information or through fraudulent means.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Goto88 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following on this platform:

• Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to automate gameplay or betting.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate or cheat the gaming system.
• Registering more than one account in order to claim bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Sending offensive, threatening, or harassing content through goto88's communication channels.
• Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt goto88's systems and technical infrastructure.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

If your account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, goto88 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances, bonuses, and pending winnings. goto88 will not be liable for any losses arising from an account termination carried out legitimately under these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Goto88 is not liable for any financial losses arising from betting activity. Betting carries the risk of losing money, and users are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.

• Goto88's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the goto88 platform shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Direct Negotiation: All complaints must first be submitted to the goto88 customer support team via email at support@goto88.my for resolution through direct negotiation within 14 business days.
2. Arbitration: If direct negotiation fails to reach a resolution, both parties agree to refer the dispute to a mutually agreed arbitrator under the Arbitration Act 2005 (Malaysia).
3. Malaysian Courts: If arbitration fails to resolve the dispute, both parties hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Malaysian courts.

Goto88 maintains complete records of all transactions, bets, and game outcomes. These records will serve as the definitive evidence in any dispute, unless a technical error can be clearly demonstrated.
